Jolly B Company Ltd ("Jolly B", "we", "us") runs this website, jollyhomesghana.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• What you send us. When you fill in the inquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, current location, the community you are interested in, your purchase timeline, your interest in seller financing, and your message. If you phone, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share there.
• Plot selections. If our sales team sends you a private link to choose a plot, we record the name the link was created for and the plot you select.
• How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors reach us. It uses cookies and collects details such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and arrange site visits.
• To prepare information about homes, plots and payment plans you ask about.
• To keep a record of plot reservations made through the sales map.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services that help us run the site

Some of your information passes through companies that provide services to us. They handle it under their own privacy policies.

• FormSubmit delivers the inquiry form to our sales inbox and uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated submissions.
• Google Analytics provides website statistics.
• YouTube plays our videos. YouTube receives information from your browser only when you press play on a video.
• Google Maps displays the location maps on this site.
• Supabase stores the sales map and plot records.
• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
• WhatsApp carries your messages if you choose to contact us that way.

These providers may process information on servers outside Ghana. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them for Google Analytics, and Google or YouTube may set their own when you use the inquiry form check, a map or a video. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some embedded features may not.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and reservation details for as long as we need them to respond to you, to serve you as a customer, and to keep proper business records. When we no longer need the information, we delete it.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. To make a request, email Sales@JollyHomesGhana.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Children

This website is meant for adults looking to buy a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
